My passion for helping teens & young adults is deeply rooted in coaching and mentoring. Coaching is the foundation of everything I do! I thrive here, and it is where I see the most transformation. My goal as a coach is to help you draw closer to Jesus by offering tangible, action-based tools that drive you forward. We need kingdom workers, and I feel God has called you. I love assisting teens & young adults in breaking down what is holding them back to find direction and purpose so they can live a full, God-focused life and shine bright for Jesus.

Laura is a certified Go + Tell Gals and The Life Coach School Coach. Laura has been leading and teaching teens for 15 years and coaching since 2017. Laura focuses on helping teens & young adults (ages 15-25) thrive in their relationship with God while building biblical direction. She is passionate about biblical truth and teaching teens & young adults the gospel.
Laura follows a 6-step program that drives students to let go, dive in, and go BIG! Laura’s coaching is focused on cognitive and behavioral strategies founded in biblical and God-based teachings. Yes, we pray together, and yes I share scripture.
Laura is finishing her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Bible Studies with an emphasis in Ministry.

1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching is perfect for the teen or student who is stuck and needs direction in finding meaning and purpose in their life. My coaching technique is highly focused on action steps and cognitive application. This is a no-nonsense approach, with a 6-step program to see massive change and progress. My coaching is rooted in self-discovery from a biblical standpoint, which is the foundation for all things: when we know who we are and who created us, we are unstoppable.
If you have a teen, young adult or yourself who feels stuck or needs direction in their life, this is an excellent choice for them.
This 6-8 week coaching series includes TWO 30-minute parent-coaching sessions.
Full 6-week package: $450
Additional sessions: $50 (after 6 week series completed)
Returning clients get 10% off full package price.
Mentoring
Mentoring is unique to my coaching, where it is not specified with the 6-step program but more of a loose-based coaching experience that helps teens and young adults through specific situations like school, sports goals, relationships/friendships, spiritual formation and more. Mentoring is not performance-based (meaning we are not reaching a goal or outcome) but more focused on guidance and support during a specific time. Mentoring is driven by the mentored and offers advice and biblical application as well if desired.
In short, mentoring is linear.
There is no time frame for mentoring, but we typically meet once a month for 6-12 months.
I offer mentoring as a FREE service, but only take on specific clients and limited amount of clients. Please email, text or DM for inquiries.
